Le Studio’s kilns are run by Jacqui Louw, offering a dedicated kiln firing service in Mordialloc for potters at the studio and beyond. We fire electric only (no reduction firings), and turnaround is typically 5 to 15 working days.

Before you drop off work
- Work must be 100% dry. If you’re unsure, wait a little longer before bringing it in.
- Place work on the correct firing shelf for its firing type.
- Clearly name every piece.
- Storage is limited. Uncollected work is disposed of after one month.
We take great care with every piece, but firing has an element of risk. We can’t guarantee that any individual piece will come out successfully.
